ShikshaCore is an Educational ERP system. To provide our services, we collect three categories of data:

• Personal Information: Student/Teacher names, identification numbers, contact details (email, phone), and academic records provided by the institution.
• Biometric Data: The app includes a "Dashboard Lock" feature. If enabled, the app uses your device's biometric sensors (fingerprint or face recognition). Important: This data is processed locally on your device and is NOT transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Device Information: We collect non-identifiable technical data such as device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app stability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To facilitate academic management (Attendance, Exams, Fees).
• To provide secure access to institutional portals.
• To send important notifications (Fee reminders, Homework, Announcements).
• To improve app performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure server partitioning, to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized institutional personnel only.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Data is only shared within the scope of your educational institution's requirements.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access your academic records through the app. If you wish to request the deletion of your account or personal data, please contact your school administration or email our support team directly.
